Our agency has been serving the business and personal insurance needs of the Pioneer Valley since its founding by George V. Ross in 1925. George, Jr., Ernie, Sr.,and Jim Gorman followed him into the business after World War II. The agency is currently operated by a third generation of Rosses-- Ernie, Jr., Kevin, and Maureen are all active business partners.
