Claims: After-hours or weekends
Many of our carriers offer 24/7 claims reporting by phone and/or online. Have your policy handy with your policy number, as the company will need this information to open your claim. Be sure to ask about any emergency services you need (e.g., a plumber to close off a burst pipe) as they have professional relationships and can refer you to a qualified service provider.
