Each year April is Alcohol Awareness Month. The goal of Alcohol Awareness Month is to raise awareness on alcohol abuse and to encourage others to make healthy and safe choices when it comes to drinking alcohol. It was funded by The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence (NCADD )in 1987.
