2nd Team Ernie Golf Tournament

The second Team Ernie Golf outing is this Saturday June 1st! Last year’s tournament was a huge success we raised $27,000 and had a great turnout thanks to all of our wonderful participants. Team Ernie pledged $60,000 to the Holyoke Public Library’s Renovation Project so that we could memorialize Ernie in the city of Holyoke forever. For the past several months the family and friends of Ernest J. Ross Jr. (“Team Ernie”) have been pondering a way to forever memorialize Ernie in the city of Holyoke. Ernie is the oldest of six siblings and was married to Kerry Maloney Ross. They have one daughter, Johanna. She is a fourth grade student at Mater Dolorosa. The Red Sox Celebrate 100 Years

“Play Ball!” will be sending chills down the spines of many fans on April 13th 2012. It is opening day at Fenway Park, which will begin the year-long celebration for the Red Sox “100 years”! Fans were concerned when John Henry took over as the owner of the Boston Red Sox in 2002. They were worried that Fenway Park would be demolished and replaced with a modern “up to date” stadium.
